Service Description
Post-partum Pilates classes for the mothers. The babies have friendly surrounding with other peers. The Pilates session is ONLY for the mothers. Feel free to take a break and breastfeeds or put your child a nap with other new moms. We will focused on get stronger after labor and strength pelvic floor.

Cancellation Policy
Please be respectful and cancel early (outside of 24 hours before class start time) if you are unable to attend. EARLY & LATE CANCELLATION POLICIES Rotem's Pilates has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note for all in studio classes if a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, the class will be charged. Early Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours prior to session start, in order to be considered on time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to class start, are considered late. Thank You Rotem's Pilates
